Jackie DeLima is an award winning artist who was classically trained in oil and pastel painting.  However, Jackie found her true artistic passion when she discovered the medium of fused glass in 2006.  When asked why? Jackie said, "Every time I open the kiln after a fire, I’m excited like a kid on Christmas morning!” 

 

Why Fused glass Jewelry?

Fused glass is made by combining different types of glass at temperatures up to 1500 degrees.  Since there are so many variables with every creation, no two pieces are exactly alike.  Each piece of glass jewelry is truly one of a kind!

Every creation combines one of a kind fused glass pieces with other techniques such as wire wrapping and handmade leather straps so each piece of jewelry is as unique, as you are!
